About

Availability

I currently split my work between operations and surgical specialities within various hospitals and private medical aesthetics. Clinic hours vary and are typically outside of working hours – though there are several days each month where I open 9am-5pm.

Online booking provides dates and times for attendances – this is an active system that is checked regularly.

Consultation

With few exceptions, all patients will require a consultation prior to treatment(s). This may be a plan of treatments over several weeks or months, or for a standalone request. Pre-treatment consultations allow you to ask anything and get a definitive answer. The consultation allows me to plan the most effective treatment for you.

Consultations are provided without charge for virtual appointments (via Zoom or similar service).

Consultations are provided for you to ask – ‘can I have anything done’ or ‘what is appropriate for me’ – don’t feel overwhelmed with jargon, lists of treatments and prices.

Face-to-face consultations will incur a fee dependent on the location. This fee would be deducted from treatment costs when delivered.

Confidentiality

Online forms, bookings, consultations and treatments are strictly confidential between yourselves and your doctor (me) with no exceptions. I treat many people including some well-known personalities. I cannot discuss any of my patients with others, even direct family.

With regards to digital media, nothing will be shared without prior consent, which will be made extremely clear prior to or during our interactions. You indefinitely withhold the right to withdraw your consent for sharing of media at any time.

Teaching

I teach advanced techniques to individuals that have extensive anatomical, surgical and medical knowledge – I currently have one trainee in Manchester, who has been under my guidance since early 2020 and I expect to finish at an advanced and independent level in the next few years.

Should he attend clinics there will be a clear indication of this.

Media

I am a UK Brand Ambassador for a major pharmaceutical company, Intraline.

I am currently producing media for demonstration of their aesthetic products for teaching, guidance or promotional purposes.

Therefore, on occasion I may offer discounted treatment packages in return for collaboration in the production of media. This would involve a longer appointment time and video or photo documentation of the treatments. In most instances there will be a professional film or television crew present – this will be thoroughly discussed in a prior consultation.

A note from me

This photograph was taken in 2016. After 10 years of medical school and further training, I completed my first operation as a lead Neurosurgeon.

The operation was a Craniotomy: drilling through the skull to expose the brain, remove a blood clot and save the life of the patient. This was one of the most memorable moments of my career to date – I still remember every second of it today.

I love using my hands to carry out intricate work and this is one of the reasons I love practising medical aesthetics. Though the work isn’t life and death, my hospital work is. In private practice, I get to use my skill set to make people feel happier about themselves, and there’s not much in the world I’d swap for that.
